Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.

Rates: Vary by season, holidays, and local events. Minimum Stay: Typically 3–7 nights, depending on season and booking window. Cleaning Fee: Includes whole house cleaning and hot tub service. All guests must be registered and disclosed at the time of booking. Optional Add-Ons: • Linen Package – $150 (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases for all beds) • EV Charger – $.50/KWH (Chargepoint HomeFlex Level 2; Tesla adapter required and not provided) Payment: 100% of the total is due at booking to secure your reservation. Security Deposit: $400 fully refundable deposit is required with each stay. Refunded within 14 day after check-out if no damage or policy violations occur.
